An on-site laundry is provided which is open 24 hours per day. Use of the machines (two large load washers and dryers) is subject to a charge. Unfortunately it is not possible to have washing machines fitted in the apartments.
Yes, terrestrial TV sockets are standard and there is a communal Sky dish. Tenants can speak to Sky directly in order to have a Sky box installed, however Sky Plus is not available due top refurbishment of the system being carried out prior to the introduction of this service.

The lift is quite large (13 person; as opposed to the usual 8 persons). If an object is too big for the lift, the stairs is the next route.
